POSITION SUMMARY: Perform a variety of administrative functions; familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer phones, give information to callers
• Manage calendar and schedule appointments
• Compose memos, transcribe notes, create presentations, and generate reports
• Generate and document correspondence
• Order materials and supplies
• Submit invoices for payment
• Enter and track work orders and invoices
• Maintain and update building number list
• Maintain files, documents, and maps
• Assist in Dispatch Office

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy
• Good people skills
• Good communication skills
• Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Three to four years related experience
